Located on the ever-popular Strand, Bronte is a vibrant new venue serving up fresh and modern dishes from breakfast through to dinner in a truly spectacular setting.
Tom Dixon and his talented team have designed a bright, clean and inviting space to reflect the menu. Floor to ceiling windows bathe the pantry area in natural light, with a subtle and stylish palette travelling through to the main restaurant. An expansive building, each area uses colour and ‘collector’s items’ to create its own personality, with extraordinary materials used generously and boldly. The airy rooms are accented with colour from a pink concrete bar and green granite feature kitchen, to custom design furniture with green leather and black timber booths.
Executive chef Andrew Lassetter has created menu awash with fresh, seasonal and modern dishes all with strong influence from Asia, his signature style. Perfect for weekday breakfasts and weekend brunches, the pantry serves up a wholesome start to the day, with dishes including Soft-boiled eggs with Marmite and mature Cheddar cheese soldiers, hot smoked salmon with scrambled duck eggs on brioche, and Smashed avocados & poached eggs on toast with balsamic roasted Heritage tomatoes and yuzu hollandaise. In the restaurant things are a little more indulgent, and the menu includes T-bone steak 15oz, giant prawns with chilli and garlic and some seriously decadent desserts.
