MONDAY – SATURDAY: 8AM – 5PM
Peardrop is proud to be opening London’s first ever zero plastic pop-up café on Floral Street in Covent Garden.
Peardrop London is a West London based catering company with a passion for cooking, parties and people; for the nature, the environment and for quality seasonal produce. Founded in 2013 by Rose Lloyd Owen as a healthy lunch delivery service, she cooked up salad boxes from her tiny kitchen, delivering them around town on a clapped out Vespa. Now they’re a strong team of chefs, drivers, front of house and event managers busy organising weddings, parties, festivals, delivering lunches, canapes and making cocktails to the great and the good of London.
Did you know that every single piece of plastic ever made still exists on earth somewhere? At Peardrop, they believe that human consumption of plastic has got massively out of control. It raises demand for oil, kills wildlife and overwhelms the planet. Peardrop already run a Zero Food Waste kitchen, but now they are proud to announce that 13 Floral Street will be London’s first ever Zero Plastic Café.
13 Floral Street is a collaboration with contemporary gardening magazine Rakesprogress, who will be bringing the space to life with exhibitions and installations.
