1. I Love Covent Garden' Loyalty Programme at Covent Garden (the "Programme”) is operated by Capital and Counties CG Ltd (company number 5860223) with its registered office at 15 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 4QZ (“Capco”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) will govern your membership of the Programme. Your use and/or registration of the I Love Covent Garden' card (the "card") constitutes your acceptance of these Terms
3. As a member of the Programme, you will be able to receive benefits, discounts and special offers from participating retailers (“Offers”), which we will post on the Covent Garden website
4. The Offers you have access to may vary from time to time
Joining the Programme
5. To join the Programme, sign up via www.coventgarden.london/rewards
8. For a list of the retailers who are participating in the Programme, please click here. This list may change from time to time. Not all retailers within Covent Garden will be part of the Programme at any time, or at all.
Offers and how to redeem them
9. Offers are subject to availability. It may also be necessary for our participating retailers to make changes to Offers which have already been published.
10. Offers will also be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the participating retailer making the Offer (for example, closing dates, and exclusions).
11. As far as possible, any relevant terms and conditions and/or details of limits on availability will be provided alongside the Offer. To avoid disappointment, please read these carefully before trying to redeem an Offer.
12. Details of Offers available to you will be shown on the Covent Garden website, and in emails which we send you about the Programme.
13. To redeem an Offer you will need to present your card to the participating retailer at the point of purchase.
14. You may be prevented from redeeming an Offer if:
14.1 the participating retailer has reason to suspect fraud or misconduct on your part or in the way the Offer is being used or
14.2 the Offer was sent to you in error due to a technical fault.
Capco Responsibility and Liability
15. We have no responsibility or liability for:
15.1 the Offers made by retailers;
15.2 failure of a participating retailer to honour an Offer; or
15.3 goods or services which you purchase from a retailer using an Offer or otherwise.
16. If an issue arises in relation to any of the points listed above (in paragraphs 14 or 15), you should contact the participating retailer directly to resolve the matter.
Cancellation of Offers
18. From time to time, it may be necessary to withdraw Offers from the Programme. It may not always be possible to give advance warning of this.
19. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Programme at any time at our discretion and without reason.
21. We reserve the right to terminate your membership of the Programme at our discretion in the event that:
21.1 we terminate the Programme; or
21.2 we reasonably believe that you have failed to comply with these Terms; or
21.3 we reasonably believe you have behaved in a way which is fraudulent, inappropriate or illegal.
23. Where your membership of the Programme is terminated, then from the date of termination you will not be able to redeem Offers

5. HOW LONG WE WILL KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

- IP address – until you leave this site
- Mailing list subscription data – until such time as you request to be removed from the mailing list
