The current Adelphi Theatre, on the Strand in Covent Garden, dates back to 1930. It is the fourth theatre built on this site. A stunning, art-deco theatre, the Adelphi seats up to 1,500 people for matinee and evening performances. The Adelphi Theatre is famous for hosting some of the West End's greatest musicals such as Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Sunset Boulevard and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, as well as Chicago, My Fair Lady and, most recently, the award-winning One Man, Two Guv’nors.
