Inspired by the authentic recipes of her maternal grandmother Antoinette, proprietress Aurelia Delclos sells 'les tartines de ma grand-mere' full of the flavours and ingredients of her native Lyon.
These gourmet tartines (fancy French organic sandwiches) come courtesy of chef Marion Bohe who trained at the Paul Bocuse school and will be served in an atmospheric setting decked out in authentic French furnishings and fittings.
