Situated on the corner of Bow and Russell Street, The Marquess of Anglesey has been a landmark of the Covent Garden since the land the pub stands on was gifted to the Marquess for his victory at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815.
The Marquess serves seasonal, fresh British food and real ale from London and its local breweries. The Marquess of Anglesey is the perfect spot for a quick pint, a pre-theatre meal or for some Gin Therapy with their range of gins and perfect serves.
A dog and human-friendly pub, they run monthly events and masterclasses for beer and spirits enthusiasts.
The Marquess of Anglesey is part of Young’s, a pub company which was established in 1831, and today have over 170 pubs and hotels, from contemporary vibrant pubs to small warm and friendly traditional favourites at the heart of their community.
