A vibrant restaurant with an open kitchen, wood-fired oven, large grill and dining bar. Dishes are prepared by La Goocia's chefs in front of guests adding an element of drama and theatre to the ambience.
During spring and summer months, tables flow out on to Floral Court and guests dine al fresco amongst the oasis of flora and foliage.
La Goccia proudly follow a slow food ethos, and draw upon the principles of good, clean and fair. That means they source the best quality ingredients working closely with small and independent producers, including the Petersham Nurseries family farm and Cornish fisherman, buying line caught fish directly from the dock. La Goccia's dishes are inspired by their travels around the world.
La Goccia's poultry, livestock, eggs, vegetables and fruit come directly from Haye Farm. The farm’s owner, Harry Boglione, is the son of the owners of Petersham Nurseries. He and his partner Emily have been developing their 66-acre mixed organic farm set in the breathtaking rolling hills of East Devon since 2014.
La Goccia Bar has a lively and botanical atmosphere, serving nature inspired cocktails. A perfect meeting point which overlooks Floral Court, the interior reflects the ever-changing seasons and inspirational floral displays in the courtyard beyond.
