Executive Chef, Simon Whitley oversees menu creation in collaboration with the culinary research and development team. Respecting the Slow Food philosophy of Good, Clean and Fair, the offering is simple, seasonal and sustainable with a focus on quality ingredients and Italian flavours. Suppliers have been carefully selected during food buying trips, with family owned and run Haye Farm supplying poultry, eggs and organic fruit and vegetables to all Petersham Nurseries restaurants.
Drawing inspiration from Boglione’s Richmond family home, Petersham House, the interiors demonstrate a charming elegance and understated grandeur. During spring and summer months, tables flow out on to Floral Court, giving diners the opportunity to eat and drink al fresco.
