When a customer purchases a natural horn frame, they are provided with a natural horn cream to apply the cream every 3-6 months to keep it in good condition.

However, every 12-18 months it is still a good idea to give the horn frame a full service and replenish some of the natural moisture in the frame.

This is a complimentary service and the process involves nourishing the customer's frame with specially formulated oils. The frames will also be re-polished by hand and then re-set into its original form.

The frame should return back to the customer looking almost brand new. In some cases, if they find small cracks, Tom Davies is able to repair them before they become serious.

The service usually takes 7-10 days, unless they find an issue which requires a new part. In this case it can take a little longer.
