4th July Weekend at Balthazar London
Balthazar is calling on Londoners to don their Stars and Stripes on Tuesday, 4 July, to eat an exclusive American-inspired menu, with the first 100 diners to visit the restaurant in both stars AND stripes eating on the house. The special Independence Day menu, created by Executive Chef Robert Reid, will include a show stopping ‘Independence Day–Dog’, layered with beef and crispy shallots, a signature Balthazar Macaroni cheese or the classic Balthazar burger and French fries; alongside an indulgent Apple pie served hot with vanilla ice cream, and either a Long Julep or Old Fashioned cocktail. In addition to the 4th of July dishes, diners can enjoy all-American cocktails including a California pisco punch, a New Orleans vieux carre and an Alabama slammer. Balthazar’s iconic Bloody Mary will also be available with crisp celery, queen olives and traditional streaky bacon.
Balthazar’s Independence Day menu is priced at £25 per person for a main course, serving of Apple pie and Long Julep or Old Fashioned cocktail.
Offer applies to the first 100 guests and will be granted at the manager’s discretion. All extra food and drink will be charged at full price. Diners must be wearing one item of clothing with a star print and one item with stripes.
