Europe's Largest Pumpkin Comes to Covent Garden
Halloween in Covent Garden is going to be spooktacular!
To mark the start of Halloween, Europe's largest pumpkin is finding a new home in Covent Garden’s South Wells from Monday 22nd until Wednesday 31st October. Weighing over one tonne, the prized pumpkin took 110 days to grow in Hampshire and will be surrounded by 150 smaller pumpkins. It will be the perfect photo moment for all the ghouls and guys of Instagram!
On All Hallows Eve, visitors to Covent Garden will be allowed to take home their very own pumpkin from midday. However, the giant pumpkin will go back to the farm where the seeds will be replanted, in the hopes of creating another future showstopper.
Make sure to snap your pumpkin pictures and share to @CoventGardenLDN and #CoventGarden
