Butcher's Demons at Flat Iron
Ever wondered how Flat Iron can cut a feather blade into flat iron steaks or frankly, what the flat iron actually cut is? Well, now is your chance to find out as Flat Iron is opening the doors of their in house butchery for beef fans to book themselves in for a 45 minute masterclass. These demonstrations with their butcher, Jordan, are run Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm, for 45 minutes and they're only a tenner!

About Flat Iron
The newest edition of Henrietta Street sees Flat Iron opening their biggest restaurant yet. With 180 covers in this oh-so-cool space, be prepared for their signature of remarkable steak and cheery service.
Within the restaurant, the Flat Iron team has managed to house their very own butchers, which will hosts master classes and demonstrations and a gelato bar.
The space also features 14 glass-fronted oak barrels displaying its house brew Yorkshire Beer made exclusively for the restaurant by Copper Dragon brewery.
