Introducing Nourish By SUSHISAMBA Menu
SUSHISAMBA, is kicking off the new year with the launch of the Nourish by SUSHISAMBA menu aimed at enhancing guests’ wellbeing and supporting a healthy living mindset and will be available from 15th January through 29th March at both SUSHISAMBA City and SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden locations. Using ingredients specially selected for their nutritional benefits the menu is the brainchild of SUSHISAMBA’s Regional Executive Chef Andreas Bollanos in collaboration with elite performance coach Harry Jameson.
Nourish by SUSHISAMBA will help health-conscious epicures to easily identify the dishes most suitable for them without feeling restricted or compromising on taste. From reviving the body pre-or post-workout and boosting immunity during the colder winter months, to re-charging the brain after a busy day at work.

Beetroot-cured Salmon Tiradito with broccoli emulsion, beetroot gel, chia seeds and pomegranate £16
