Sunday Morning Yoga Classes at lululemon
Did you know that lululemon in Covent Garden hosts a weekly Run Club and a Sunday morning yoga session? Here are all the details on how to get involved:
Meditation is proven to have long term benefits that improve your brain function, help you focus and deal with high pressure situations more calmly. Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing meditation that helps ease anxiety and tension. It only takes one month of regular practice to feel the benefits, so lululemon are dedicating the month of May to meditation.
Join them for candlelit Sunday yoga flow, meditation and yoga nidra classes.
All classes will be at their Covent Garden store with mats provided. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment as places cannot be reserved.

Come run with lululemon through central London! Follow ambassador Vince and educator Dylan through the streets of London for a weekly run club and short boot camp. You will run, laugh and definitely get your sweat on. Everyone at every level is welcome, run will be 5-7km.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to get changed and put your things away. Leave at 6:15pm sharp.
