Eat at Wagamama, Help Mind

Date: UNTIL MARCH 6TH

Throughout January and February, wagamama is teaming up with Mind charity to help promote awareness of mental health problems in the UK. Mind is an incredible charity who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and encourage understanding. For every positive juice that is sold at wagamama throughout January and February, wagamama will donate 25p to mind. In addition, wagamama is promoting the practice of mindfulness in the restaurant with colouring in placemats. Colouring can help reduce stress levels and train thoughts and attention. So, next time you visit their Covent Garden restaurant, you can sit, sip and smile
