The Kapten & Son 'Experience Store' concept is all about the experience of the products, especially the backpacks. Several 'Experience Stations' invite you to try them out:

• MAGIC MIRROR: allows you to see yourself from behind – an innovative feature for anyone who wants to check the overall look of their outfit.
• PACKING TABLE: With product dummies such as laptops in different sizes, water bottles and books, the backpack can be packed and tried on even when fully packed - perfect for testing its functionality in everyday life.
• SIZE CHECK: Just like at the airport, this tool checks which backpacks, bags and suitcases comply with the standard hand luggage guidelines. A helpful tool for frequent travellers.
• AMBIENT MIRROR: Would you like to know how your view is changed by sun and clouds? How strong is the light reflection in the snow? The ambient mirror creates different lighting scenarios at the touch of a button.

The store also offers after sale services including wristband customisation, jewellery cleaning, glasses fitting and zipper pull and suitcase wheel exchanges.
