MONC is an independent eyewear brand founded in London. We design and make frames intended to be worn for years — not replaced seasonally.

Our approach is built on restraint. A considered range of styles, each shaped by hand and eye, using materials chosen for how they age, feel, and perform over time. Every frame can be adjusted, repaired, and refinished. We believe ownership is a relationship, not a transaction.

We prioritise craft, proportion, and judgment over speed or volume. We do not chase trends, create urgency, or rely on constant newness. Instead, we focus on fewer, better things — designed to last, built to be lived with, and supported by care and service throughout their life. MONC is for people who choose carefully and live deliberately.

Our Monmouth Street store is a space for conversation and guidance. Every fitting, fixture, and material has been considered for its form, function, and impact.

Customers can expect time. Time to try frames properly, understand fit and weight, and ask questions without pressure. We would rather someone left confident in their choice than left with a bag. What sets the store apart is expert eye care within the same space. Our in-house Optometrist offers full prescription testing and holistic eye health consultations — so eyewear and eye care sit together as they should. We encourage customers to return for fittings, adjustments, and servicing. The environment reflects this: calm, considered, and built for an ongoing relationship.
