Smart Works is returning to Covent Garden this spring with their Monmouth Street pop-up, championing circular fashion in the same month as Earth Day. The charity are dedicated to supporting women across the UK with the clothing, coaching and confidence needed to succeed at interview and move into work. Who are Smart Works
Smart Works help women to get the coaching, clothing and confidence they need to secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives. The women they support are at high risk of economic hardship, and often struggle with confidence in the face of repeated rejection and employment barriers.
A large proportion of the women who have come to Smart Works for support have applied for over 50 jobs with no success. Through the charities services, they have been able to support over 37,000 women into unemployment over the past decade.
