These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the entire Neighbourhood Card Scheme (the “Scheme”) and the use of the Neighbourhood Card. Any membership of or participation in the Scheme or use of the Neighbourhood Card will be treated as acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms set out the terms of the agreement between Covent Garden (Capital and Counties CG Limited) the participating retailers and holders of the Neighbourhood Card. Covent Garden reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.
The Neighbourhood Card is free of charge for residents and/or those who work in Covent Garden under the postcodes WC2. All members of the Scheme must be aged 18 years or over.
The Neighbourhood Card is only valid in Covent Garden and Seven Dials branches of participating retailers. Details of participating retailers and restaurants can be found on the Covent Garden website here. The list of participants is subject to change from time to time, without notice. Please check either of the above pages for current participants.
Holders of a Neighbourhood Card may receive a unique discount, gift with purchase or offer (and any other benefits as notified to the members from time to time) on showing their Neighbourhood Card at the point of purchase depending to the listed terms.
To apply for a Neighbourhood Card, please visit here and complete the application form. Once you have received a confirmation notification, your Neighbourhood Card is shown as an image on the bottom of your welcome email and future newsletters.

The Neighbourhood Card may only be used by the authorised signatory. Cardholders may be asked to provide proof of identity at the time of purchase.
The Neighbourhood Card can only be used on full priced merchandise and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or card schemes.
