Flat Iron Green Chilli Cheeseburger

While Flat Iron are all about steak, they always have a burger on the menu. Currently, it's the Green Chilli Cheeseburger, made using beef from the Flat Iron herd in Thirsk, North Yorkshire.
Inspired by Bobcat, a famous burger joint in Santa Fe, New Mexico, this burger is made with just the essentials: two beef patties, melted Gouda cheese, fresh green chillies, crunchy shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and homemade smoked chilli mayo - made with chillies from Natoora - the perfect balance of heat and smokiness.
Steak Frites For Just £15
Visit Palm Court Brasserie for lunch or dinner every Tuesday and Boulevard Brasserie every Wednesday, and savour the exquisite flavours of the Class Steak Frites for just £15. To redeem simply add 'Steak Frites' to your booking notes when reserving.

The Sunday Sharing Roast
Dig into the ultimate sharing roast at Pivot British Bar & Bistro. Serving four, the award-winning roast comes with three succulent meats: half roast chicken, beef strip-loin and lamb shank.
