The Best Botanical Cocktails in Covent Garden
Ivy Market Grill's Silk Blossom Cosmo
This year, The Ivy Market Grill has collaborated with Jo Malone London in celebration of Covent Garden in Bloom. Inspired by Jo Malone London’s new Blossoms Collection, a beautiful floral installation featuring yellow, purple and pink blooms will be popping up outside the restaurant and two floral cocktails inspired by Jo Malone London’s Blossoms Collection will grace the menu.
Soak up the atmosphere on the terrace and sip on a petal-garnished Silk Blossom Cosmo (Marylebone Orange & Geranium gin, Cointreau Blood Orange, lime & cranberry juice - £10.50) or Orange Blossom Bloom (Seedlip Grove 42, clementine juice & soda - £6.50).
Fizz lovers, Balthazar's Bar Manager, Brian Silva, has created the drink for you. The FLOWERBX Fizz cocktail is a delicious concoction of pinky vodka, cocchi rosa, cocchi Americano, Blanquette and crushed violet petals; the ideal accompaniment to the floral flavours of the cakes at Balthazar's latest afternoon tea collaboration wtih FLOWERBX.

From 27th March until 11th August, guests can enjoy a special ‘El Dolce Semplice’ afternoon tea with ‘Our Sunflower,’ a limited-edition cocktail dedicated to the iconic artist's most famed piece of work, along with a complimentary ticket to the much-anticipated exhibition for £40 per person. ‘Our Sunflower’ will be also available to order À La Carte at £10.
Cora Pearl's Laforet
Get cosy with Cora and enjoy a Laforet, named after Cora Pearl's housekeeper. Made with gin, strega and cocchi americano, the cocktail is a herbal concoction with floral undertones of fennel and mint.
Cora Pearl was a Nineteenth Century courtesan who started her career in Covent Garden and ended up as the Queen of Parisian nightlife. The menu, cocktails and interiors have all been designed to encapsulate her slightly decadent era and we hope that the spirit of Cora Pearl herself will bring something that is totally unique and theatrically fitting to Covent Garden.
