Wellness Month in Covent Garden
Kicking off the New Year in the right way, Covent Garden has transformed into a wellness hub and will, for the first time, celebrate Veganuary. For the entire month, visitors can expect restorative beauty treatments, delicious vegan food offerings and a Light Chamber to lift and brighten moods, all taking place in one of the greenest areas of the city.
Visit Covent Garden's Light Chamber
Covent Garden’s new Light Chamber, located in Conduit Court, encourages visitors to take five minutes out of their busy days and indulge in restorative colour therapy.
Using key colours widely-recognised for their positive effects on the body and mind to enhance moods and uplift spirits, the Insta-worthy Light Chamber is free for visitors to use 24 hours a day, making it the first of its kind in the area.
