Tucked away under Covent Garden Market, Stereo is the latest live music and cocktail bar to join the London scene from international hospitality brand, Experimental Group.
Inspired by the vibrant late-night cultures of New York and London, complete with undertones of Parisian chic, Stereo will offer a masterfully curated mix of music, food and drinks. A place to arrive for an aperitif, stay for dinner and dance into the early hours.

Joining forces with London’s renowned Chef-Restaurateur Andrew Clarke (Founder of Acme Fire Cult, and formerly of Brunswick House, St Leonards, Pilot Light Campaign), Stereo will offer an elevated menu of American classics with a French twist. Expect wings and nachos, cheeseburgers and fried chicken sandwiches, alongside truffled beef sandwich ‘au jus’, waffles & caviar, lobster pie and 1kg Porterhouse steaks. Celebrated for bringing the cocktail bar culture to Paris, Experimental group will introduce an extensive drinks menu to Stereo, spotlighting local breweries and distilleries. London heroes include Thames Distillers (creating a Stereo house vodka and gin blends) and South Bermondsey microbrewery Partizan, brewing a special Saison beer paired with the venue’s homemade smoked tomato blend to create the ‘Stereo Michalada’. Guests can expect a seasonal negroni with kaffir leaf and an Old Fashioned cocktail on tap, alongside an extensive wine menu with over 100 different wines, from old-world classics to exciting and original wines made by small producers.
