Our food philosophy is all about authentic Italy with a contemporary approach. Inspired by the raw elements offered by nature, we reinterpret timeless-quality Italian dishes to offer you what Italian quality means today. We pride ourselves in offering exceptional ingredients, paired with a unique atmosphere.

Head Chef, Filippo Bellani, shares his Italian culture in all of his dishes in the simplest, creative and most authentic way possible, pairing the freshest ingredients for an explosion of flavours.

Offering a great opportunity to taste food based on Italian recipes that come from all over Italy, north to south, Naples to Bologna, we pride ourselves on introducing our guests to authentic Italian cuisine, as it’s supposed to be. Begin your journey with a selection of small plates, designed to enlighten the taste buds and put a smile on your face. From pan-seared scallops to smoked burrata, there’s something for everyone on our opening course.

Follow with a pasta dish just like Nonna used to make, or why not sample our wood-fired pizza menu, a brand-new addition for Winter 2022! From fresh seafood to the VyTA Burger, we’re confident that you’ll find a dish perfect for you.

Indulge yourself in something sweet to top it off, with dolci including original recipes for a raspberry fondant with White Chocolate Heart, Crème Brulé, Pistachio Tiramisù and of course, a wide range of coffees.

Located on the first floor of VyTA, our Lounge Bar is perfect to relax with friends and enjoy beautiful views of Covent Garden. We also have a heated winter terrace, decorated with wild winter floral displays, and areas available for reservations, as well as exclusive private hires.


Visiting before a show? You’re in the right place and we’ve got a Pre-Theatre Menu to suit, with three courses available for £29 between Tuesday - Friday, 12.30-4pm and 5-6.30pm, with dishes including fresh squid, pappardelle with our slow-cooked genovese sauce and an affogato with vanilla ice cream.
