Our Head Chef Filippo Bellani aim to transmit their Italian culture in all their dishes in the simplest, creative and most authentic way possible, pairing the freshest ingredients for an explosion of flavours.

In our menu there is a great opportunity to taste food based on Italian recipes that come from south to north of Italy. We love to share with our guests our Genovese from south (Naples) or our Ragù from north (Bologna), maybe both served with Gnocchi in A Roman way.

The menu begins with a huge selection of cheese and charcuterie properly chosen from Italy, fresh fried squid served with a black ink mayo or polenta chips served with a truffle mayo.

The primi features a choice of pasta between fresh and dry served with a wide choice of sauces from a simple tomato sauce to Genovese sauce including our homemade pesto or fresh sea food.

Genovese let's say it's our signature dish on pasta being our top seller. It's a true inspiration with slow cooked beef for over 10 hours.

Within our pasta masters we also can highlight our classic dishes like Carbonara properly served with Guanciale and Pecorino cheese. Mains include Roasted Octopus with burrata cheese from Puglia on baby potatoes, high quality beef fillet, Venere rice and the vegan option, the fennel steak with sautéed baby spinach.

But it's not all... on our dessert menu you will have the opportunity to choose between the salted caramel fondant served with white miso ice cream, the hazelnut semi-freddo or our classic Tiramisu done with the original recipe in lights way possible.

VyTA also features a heated winter terrace, decorated with wild winter floral displays, and with chairs draped in blankets and sheepskins to keep guests cosy and warm as they sip on seasonal cocktails.
