Overlooking the open kitchen in La Goccia, join in on Monday evenings, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm, for an interactive induction to pasta making

Using the freshest ingredients, La Goccia pasta workshops are an introduction to making delicious pasta that you can recreate at home, time and time again. In these intimate classes, you will learn how to make traditional dough recipes and six different type of pastas. Made using organic eggs from the sister business, Haye Farm, the rich yolks transform the colour of the pasta.

Enjoy a glass of wine or prosecco on arrival and snack on delicious focaccia and olives through the class. After class, you are welcome to stay for dinner in La Goccia restaurant and watch the Chefs in action. You will be provided with an exclusive discount for the evening.

La Goccia is a vibrant restaurant with an open kitchen, wood fired oven, large grill and dining bar. Dishes are prepared by chefs in front of guests adding an element of drama and theatre to the ambience. La Goccia offers Petersham Nurseries’ interpretation of the Italian aperitivo and small plates known as ‘cicchetti’. The emphasis on seasonality is key to the extensive menu that changes regularly with the best seasonal produce.

La Goccia’s sprine menu combines the very best of British and Italian. Diners can take their pick from 'Crudi e Verdure'  made with carefully-sourced produce such as Organic Beef Tartare or Line Caught Albacore Tuna Carpaccio, or La Goccia Signature Organic Chicken from the 'Fritto'.  Enjoy Roasted Fennel Rissoto or Organic Braised Beef Ragu from the 'Padella' and delicious grilled meat dishes from the 'Griglia'. With plenty of vegan and vegetarian dishes on the extensive A La Carte Menu, there is something for everyone to enjoy at La Goccia.
