Respecting the Slow Food philosophy of Good, Clean and Fair, The Petersham offers simple, seasonal and sustainable food with a focus on quality ingredients and Italian flavours, serving lunch, dinner, pre-theatre and afternoon tea. Suppliers have been carefully selected during food buying trips, with family owned and run Haye Farm supplying poultry, eggs and organic fruit and vegetables to all Petersham Nurseries restaurants.
