The Delaunay Counter

The Delaunay Counter Café and Bar (adjacent to The Delaunay Restaurant) has reopened for the first time since lockdown with a menu reminiscent of the European Alpine and a slight refresh of interiors. Dishes include traditional fondue and tarte flambées, Viennese hot dogs, charcuterie and cheese plates, souffle Suisee and ‘tartiflette’. A selection of ‘konditorei’ will also available all day; from a rich sachertorte to a classic apple strudel with whipped cream.

A new selection of cocktails have been created such as the ‘Pink Grapefruit Spritz’ with Belsazar rosè, elderflower and grapefruit soda and the ‘Counterside’ with Tanqueray, kirsch, mint, cucumber, lime and sugar.

Three beers on draft will be served by the litre and half litre, along with six varieties by the bottle. A carefully curated wine list will offer 18 by the glass with many available by the half litre and includes Montlouis sur Loire Pétillant Naturel 2017, Macération de Soif Sauvignon Blanc 2021 and Pittnauer Velvet, NV, Burgenland.
