Neighbourhood Card Terms and Conditions

  • Neighbourhood Card' Loyalty Programme at Covent Garden (the "Programme”) is operated by Shaftesbury Capital PLC (company number 07145051) with its registered office at Regal  House, 14 James Street, London, WC2E 8BU (“we”, “us”, “our”).
  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) will govern your membership of the Your use and/or registration of the Covent Garden Neighbourhood' card (the "card") constitutes your acceptance of these Terms

The Programme

  • As a member of the Programme, you will be able to receive benefits, discounts and special offers from participating retailers (“Offers”), which we will post on the Covent Garden website
  • The Offers you have access to may vary from time to time

Joining the Programme

  • To join the Programme, sign up via coventgarden.london/rewards
  • You will be required to register with your email address, and you may also register other personal details which we will only use in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy below to learn how your information will be used

Participating retailers

  • For a list of the retailers who are participating in the Programme, please click This list may change from time to time. Not all retailers within Covent Garden will be part of the Programme at any time, or at all.

Offers and how to redeem them

  • Offers are subject to availability. It may also be necessary for our participating retailers to make changes to Offers which have already been published.

  • Offers will also be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the participating retailer making the Offer (for example, closing dates, and exclusions).

  • As far as possible, any relevant terms and conditions and/or details of limits on availability will be provided alongside the Offer. To avoid disappointment, please read these carefully before trying to redeem an Offer.

  • Details of Offers available to you will be shown on the Covent Garden website, and in emails which we send you about the Programme.

  • To redeem an Offer you will need to present your card to the participating retailer at the point of purchase.

  • You may be prevented from redeeming an Offer if:

  • The participating retailer has reason to suspect fraud or misconduct on your part or in the way the Offer is being used or

  • The offer was sent to you in error due to a technical fault.

Shaftesbury Capital Responsibility and Liability

  • We have no responsibility or liability for:
    • the Offers made by retailers;
    • failure of a participating retailer to honour an Offer; or
    • goods or services which you purchase from a retailer using an Offer or otherwise.
  • If an issue arises in relation to any of the points listed above (in paragraphs 14 or 15), you should contact the participating retailer directly to resolve the matter

Cancellation of Offers
