SheerLuxe Terms and Conditions - Instagram Competition

Terms and Conditions:

1- The promoters are: Shaftesbury Capital PLC whose registered office is at Regal House, 14 James Street, London, WC2E 8BU.

2- The competition is open to UK residents only, over the age of 18, except employees of Shaftesbury Capital, Sheerluxe and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4- By entering this competition, an entrant is in agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the Covent Garden and SheerLuxe Instagram page

6- Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on the 31st December 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

• Must follow both @sheerluxe and @coventgardenldn on Instagram
• Must tag a friend in the comments
• Must like the post

9- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10- The prize is as follows:

1. The prize includes a one-night stay for two at Strand Palace Hotel. The prize cannot be transferred, and no cash substitutes will be given. This stay is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. The prize is valid until 31^st December 2026 and blackout dates apply.
2. 2 Tickets to see Disney's Hercules at Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Entrants must be aged 18+ and a UK resident.  Valid on select evening performances (7:30pm). Excludes school holidays and other blackout dates that may apply. The prize winner is responsible for any extra charges incurred while redeeming the prize. All elements of the prize are strictly subject to availability, non-transferrable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Children under the age of 4 (including babes in arms) will not be admitted to the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own in the auditorium.
3. £150 voucher for Balthazar. Ts and Cs apply as per Balthazar's gift card. Winner will need to book in to redeem.
4. £250 shopping vouchers (to be redeemed at Charlotte Tilbury, Polo Ralph Lauren, Odd Muse, Elemis, Apple and Missoma in Covent Garden) Minimum value of individual gift card is £50.

11- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prize is personal to the winning entrant only and cannot be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred or exchanged. We reserve the right to cancel /vary the prize without notice.

12- The winner will be selected at random and notified via email by 23:59 10th January 2026. The winner will only ever be contacted by SheerLuxe, Covent Garden or Shaftesbury Capital. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.

14- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

17- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@shaftesburycapital.com

18- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

19- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta or any other Social Network.
