Digme Fitness is a fitness boutique providing Londoners with an inspiring, chic and modern space to work out. No membership. No joining fee. Just blood pumping, mind-clearing Cycle, HIIT and Yoga.
Classes are run by London’s best instructors and are choreographed to bespoke playlists in a state of the art studio. HIIT training at Digme combines high-intensity punch bag work with strength exercises. The Yoga classes are powerful, uplifting, flowing and the sequences are set to a Balearic style chilled house playlists curated by London DJ and Yogi, Jessica Skye. Cycle classes are to the beat of the music and include a weight section for a challenging and euphoric full body workout.
