Din Tai Fung’s ICONIC Crispy Golden Prawn Pancake 脆皮虾饼 is a one of the most delicious “pancakes” we’ve eaten in a long time… made with minced prawn meat, vegetables and topped with a crispy bean curd skin - these pancakes are fried to perfection and give a crisp exterior but soft and bouncy texture with each bite.
